ESTABLISHING OF TRUST II
Trust II was established based upon the decision of Daventree Resources Ltd., a subsidiary of Harvard Industrial Holding Company, JSC (hereinafter referred to as HPH) on 6 Feb 2003 and administered by the company Daventree Trustees Ltd. The Trust II was established under foreign law and its purpose is the distribution of assets to Beneficiaries.
ACQUISITION OF QUOTIENT IN TRUST II
Beneficiary of Trust II became everyone who was a shareholder of HPH on 6 Feb 2003, whereas one share of HPH, ISIN CZ0009086708, corresponded to the acquisition of a Quotient in Trust II.
THE QUOTIENT IN TRUST II VALUE
Primarily non-cash assets were invested in the Trust II. The Settlement on establishing the Trust II allows also a partial distribution according to the gradual sale of assets, i.e. once the liquidity of a portion of the assets, which will be sufficient for the initiation of distributions, will occur, this information will be disclosed, inter alia, through this website.
Currently, it is impossible to apply for the distribution of the Quotient values of the Trust II.
